When One Becomes a Legend

I love creating the illusion of movement in my work along with telling a story that the viewer can relate too. "When one becomes a legend" gave me such an opportunity. I spent some time around the cutting horse world and was fascinated with the incredible intelligent agility,and athleticism of the cutting horse. I also listened to numerous glory stories of great horses. a number of those stories were about horses that were so great that they would cut without a bridle. It seemed as though everyone had such a story of a great horse they owned or rode or new, thus 'When one becomes a legend" was born. The piece really speaks for itself.
